This issue is all about giving you the confidence and strategies to stop doing it all—and start creating a calmer, more balanced home.
This month, we’re tackling delegation—a fancy way of saying, “Let’s figure out how to get stuff done without you doing it all!” A calm home starts with sharing the load. Inside, you’ll find practical tools to delegate tasks at home, clever ways to get the kids to actually help, tips for thriving in the “roommate phase” of parenting, and ideas for outsourcing without the guilt. Plus, enjoy screen-free kids’ activities, a quick kid-approved dinner recipe, easy home hacks, and a few freebie resources that will help your delegation plan come to life. Let’s work together to turn chaos into calm—one step at a time!

After talking about how to delegate tasks in MomCo last week I left wondering where the heck do I even start. The worksheets provided have given me a great place (non-overwhelming) place to start!!! The Thanksgiving activities were awesome and loved by my 2.5 yr old and 5 yr old niece! I will for sure be coming back to this guide again and again for the resources as we work towards a calmer home. Always excited to see what Kaitlin has up her sleeve to help us with.

Absolutely loved this first issue, definitely will be getting it monthly! The detail and effort that went into it is evident. I found myself going back to re-read a couple of the articles and there’s so much more than just the journal with activities and links etc. I already try to keep my home calm but with two under 3 it’s hard, the steps in the journal are definitely going to help! Thanks Kaitlin!
